Lara Malatesta, Director of Environmental Risk and Compliance; Aramark Corp.

With over 20 years of experience as an EHS leader, Lara's differentiator is to align with the mission of an organization to seamlessly integrate value-add elements of environmental, safety and risk management to existing business imperatives. Currently, Lara is the Director of Environmental Risk and Compliance for Aramark, a Fortune 500 global provider of food, facilities and uniform services, within the Global Risk Management Department that supports more than 270,000 employees in nearly 20 countries.

Lara obtained her Master of Science in Environmental Pollution Control, as well as her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Resource Management from Pennsylvania State University. Lara's passion for making a difference in her community has translated to various involvement and affiliations such as Board of Director or Trustee positions with the Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education of Philadelphia and Society of Women Environmental Professionals.
