Bob Harcar, Global Director, Safety, Health & Environment; Ecolab Inc.

Robert is the Global Director of SH&E at Ecolab, the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services. Ecolab has more than 45,000 employees and serves customers in more than 170 countries. He leads the Center of Excellence for Personal Safety, supporting the company’s business groups and functions with strategic safety program development and implementation to address risks to employee personal safety, travel security/journey management and crisis management.

Robert has a BS in Environmental Health from Illinois State University and an MS in Industrial Management from Northern Illinois University.  He is a Certified Safety Professional with more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing, chemical, consulting and service industries.
