Brad Waldron, Head of EHS & Insurance; Carvana Co.

Brad Waldron is Head of EHS & Insurance for Carvana, one of the fastest growing companies in US history. In that role he is responsible for EHS, Risk Management, Claims, and DOT Compliance covering a rapidly expanding organization of over 130 operating locations and a fleet of more than 1,400 commercial vehicles. Before joining Carvana, he was Vice President, Risk Management for Caesars Entertainment’s global operations headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. That role included operational risk, crisis planning and response, acquisitions/divestitures, captive insurance organizations, EHS, claims and insured litigation, as well as the health and safety of guests and employees. In his free time, Brad spends as much time as possible outside and doing everything he can to stay away from civilization.
