Natalie Pryde, QHSE Director; CBRE Group Inc.

Natalie is a respected HSE professional with a unique combination of technical experience, business leadership, and in-depth process knowledge. As HSE Director for CBRE in Global Workplace Solutions, she is responsible for leading Health, Safety and Environment support for diverse industry accounts including Healthcare, Retail, and Oil and Gas in the Americas regions including the US, Canada and Latin America. In this role, she provides strategic direction, technical support as well as promotes employee engagement and wellness.

Prior to joining CBRE, she has held key roles in both industry and consulting engaged in the development and implementation of critical global programs. She is recognized for her skills in strategy implementation, program management, social and environmental policy as well as team development and engagement. She has lead diverse teams supporting multi-million dollar HSE programs providing technical and operational support on a global level. Critical to her success is her ability to establish strategic direction and guide teams to successfully implement complex regulatory programs while maintaining strong communication with key client and corporate leadership ensuring long standing business relationships.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Systems from Kettering University and a Doctorate degree in Naturopathy from Clayton College of Natural Health. When not working to promote sustainable working environments, Natalie spends her time enjoying the water and mountains in activities such as wake surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, hiking, biking, and whatever other adventure arises. Some of her adventures include riding across the state of Michigan on horseback with her family and hiking the Dingle peninsula in Ireland. She loves to travel and experience new cultures.
