Nicholas Marzock, Retail Learning Supervisor; Wakefern Food Corp.

Nicholas Marzock is the Supervisor of Retail Learning for Wakefern Food Corp., the largest private grocery retailer cooperative in the United States. He supports the members of the grocery retailer cooperative by providing engaging and effective microlearning tools to help them better train and enable their frontline teams.

He has a passion for the grocery retail industry and has been in the business for 15 years. His industry experience includes retail operations, customer experience, and human resources. During his time at Wakefern Food Corp., Nicholas helped revamp the organization's approach to retail training by rolling out a microlearning platform solution designed for frontline learning.

Nicholas has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Temple University and is a SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) certified professional.
