Rod Alward, Vice President Quality & Safety for Flex-N-Gate, a global automotive parts manufacturer. With more than three decades of experience in the automotive sector, Rod has worked in a number of functions – both at the corporate and plant levels – including program management, account management and operations. In his current role, he leads quality and safety for Flex-N-Gate’s 64 manufacturing facilities around the world.
