Roma McCaig, Vice President-Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability; Campbell Soup Company

Roma McCaig is VP Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability at Campbell Soup Company where she leads the company’s environmental, social and governance strategy. Campbell has received national recognition for its corporate responsibility and sustainability practices, including being on Corporate Responsibility Magazine’s 100 Best Corporate Citizens list for 10 years and receiving a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index nine times. Roma has also held leadership roles at Uber Technologies, Citrix Systems and Kaiser Permanente. She earned her B.S. in communications from the University of Tennessee and her M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
